great experience but needs better wifi
The hospitality from the team proved remarkable, especially Haley and Eddie at reception. The concierge service by Tom made all the difference in my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to navigate the city.
The shared internet connection with all guests can slow down wifi speeds.

The suite was spacious, beautifully presented, and immaculate, with a particularly comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast offered a delightful selection of both traditional Chinese and Western dishes, with attentive staff who went above and beyond, even personally delivering dishes to guests. The gym and pool facilities were exceptional, well-maintained, and clean, although a cooler temperature in the gym would enhance the experience. While the location offered convenience in some aspects, the lack of nearby quality restaurants was a drawback.

The indoor pool was such a good oasis after my long explorations! I loved the spacious VIP Suite, where every corner was tastefully designed to. The buffet breakfast had a fantastic mix of Chinese and western options

We had a spacious Sky Garden Suite with lovely city views. The extended breakfast hours worked perfectly for our family, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed start to our mornings. The lounge was impressive and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant.

my stay at jw marriott was fantastic. the breakfast was really fine, especially the live cooking station offering wonton. the staff was friendly, accommodating, and spoke good english. it’s also close to the subway and xi-dan shopping area, which was super convenient. the pool and health facilities were amazing, perfect after a long day of exploring!
